pro-shop and the clubhouse. The clubhouse has been renovated to an

is a pending application for an additional third 18 hole golf course,
this course would be the ONLY professional championship golf course on
the island. It will not be open to residence. Members will be recruited
via invitation only, and the course will be hosting major national and
international tournaments. However, once this course is constructed it
will increase the status of the resort to the extent that it will
compete with leading golf resorts worldwide.
Investment
Opportunity and Letting Potential
Currently
our statistics are showing approximately 1/3 of purchases are used for
permanent residence or retirement, 1/3 are holiday homes and 1/3 are
investors that have bought to let.
Most
investors outsource management companies to handle the letting of their
property to ensure themselves the maximum rental potential from their
Villa. However, the demand at this stage has far exceeded the available
villas for rent. This has created a surplus waiting list of people
waiting to rent out villas. The waiting list for potential tenants at

Villa Types
The Villas are divided into two group types, the Panorama Villas and the Spec Villas. They are all detached Villas with private swimming pools and have a minimum of three bedrooms.

which are standard size villas on standard size plots. These villas are
available in many different designs and range from about 135mē - 170mē
covered area and are on plots ranging from about 450mē - 650mē.
The Spec Villas are
larger villas situated on very large plots. These villas are also
available in many different designs and can also be tailor-made to suit
any demanding clients’ requirements. They are situated on plots varying
from about 1200mē to 2200mē. Clients would also have the option in
purchasing more than one plot to be able to construct their dream home.
